nand extract sometimes looks in the wrong folder for keys.bin #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start showmiiwads (x64)
2. try to extract a bootmii nand.bin.  keys.bin are in the same folder as
the nand

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected output is that it extracts the nand.  usually it does.  but
sometimes it gives the error that it cant find the keys.  but it is looking
in the wrong folder.
