Website shows no differences in contextual positioning #168

Hi,

I wanted to show off the contextual positioning feature of monoid (something I wish more monospace fonts would do, btw) to a friend, so I opened the website.

However, when I ligatures on/off it showed no differences in contextual positioning any more. It used to do so before though. The coding ligatures still change just fine like before. I'm running Linux (Kubuntu to be exact), and I've tried it in both Firefox and Chrome.

Cheers, I'll have to look into this. I'm planning on reworking how some of the ligature stuff works as more and more editors and terminals support "normal" ligatures so it would simplify things a lot to use that and only use contextual approach for positioning.
