Optimal Variants and Settings for Development #63

i was wondering if there is a sweet spot for legibility through an optimal combination of font variant (1/2-loose, looser, etc.) and settings (font-size and line-height).

Right now I am using Normal at 22px and 1.4 line-height.

What have you guys found to be your favorite?
