Switch APIs #19

Apparently the API (Mobile Content Service) it's using is decommissioned, and stopped working approximately today. Supposedly replaced by the Page Content Service, but it's probably not a drop-in replacement.

(The error page didn't really help btw:)

I don't think there's a replacement where the sections are split, but then again that might not be necessary I guess.

Also although the decommissioning was planned in January already, the notice only appeared March 22nd, while I created this March 9th.
