Fails for two reports in repository #300

When having two reports in a abapGit repository, the merge fails image

Deleting one report (here: z_generate_json_schema.prog.abap), then it merges with success

Issue can be reproduced in pull request after commit https://github.com/SAP/abap-file-formats-tools/pull/93/commits/8156d17b3a0bd559d8019c025daf15b348f29018

guess the right thing to do is add an option to not require all files to be used

after manually deleting the file, does the merged report work?
