Solve issue #110 #122

Solve issue #110 regarding not realizing the specified periodsize. Documentation should make clear that more generally PCM devices can not be expected to support arbitrary values for the arguments passed during creation.

I guess it is better to focus on pull request https://github.com/larsimmisch/pyalsaaudio/pull/123 by ossilator. Therefore I close this PR now.
