All the Markdown files have been renamed from abc.md to _abc.md. Harp will not serve files starting in an underscore.
_layout.jade has been moved to _document.jade, because _layout.jade is a magic filename for Harp.
Each Markdown file has a corresponding abc.jade that includes _document.jade with a few parameters.
It gets slightly complicated for files in subdirectories. See /content/ldoucet/*.jade for some relative path shenanigans. Nothing too bad, fortunately, but you'll need to keep it in mind for each file that's not in the root directory.
I recommend coming up with a unique image per page (I did this for the book review pages). I also recommend putting your images in a separate directory from your content, since it was slightly annoying to find the Markdown files in the ldoucet folder 🙂
Anyway, now that it's set up, it should Just Work -- but that said, I haven't been able to test it, since it's not deployed anywhere.
