[x] Place square at feet in ghost placement preview
[x] Gun+1 -- confusing b/c you might assume that the default long shot weapon is already +1 (make the bonus say "+" X)
[x] Duelist's blade: make critical flavor say "On critical, 2x damage..."
[x] Fix buff connect lines for square ranges
[x] Place 1 & Place 2: swap, so you get white
[x] Fix healer preview range bug (disappears after recall)
