Level 0. Tutorial. Evni boost level 2 issue #1768

-Boot game -Start new game -Advance to point where game display guided tutorial for boosting character -UI display correct spot, but it does not previously select the character, so the spot is correct, but character screen is not open -Note> Seems to be an issue for entire guidance over character boosting for this particular level.
