Use 7.9.1 #15

Hi,

first of all thank you for providing this image! :-) Could you please bump the version to 7.9.1? (see http://downloads.slimdevices.com/nightly/?ver=7.9)

In your Dockerfile you explicitly specified version 7.9.0 which is a little bit outdated...

It looks as if 7.9.0 is still the lateset release (see both here and here). The "7.9.1" packages are just nightly builds. I'll see about providing an alternate image that has the latest nightly, but I'll need to figure out a robust mechanism for figuring our "the url for the most recent nightly build .deb package".

The motivation here is particularly that the new Spotify solution - Spotty - really needs 7.9.1 to work properly (notably, no seeking without it). Michael Herger, in effect the only one working on LMS anymore, recommends folks use 7.9.1 if at all possible. So whilst maybe technically not a release, it's as good as, really...

There is now a :7.9 tag available (docker pull larsks/logitech-media-server:7.9), built from 7.9.1~1508251793.
