xsens_driver auto-scans ports #1

xsens_driver automatically scans all ttyS* and ttyUSB* ports which can be slow 
and usually causes problems with seabee's power board. It should be modified so 
that a port can be specified, thereby overriding the scan.

All seabee devices now have a special prefix under /dev. This can be used to 
easily locate the appropriate device without port scanning. This prefix should 
also make this issue significantly simpler to solve.
