Hi,
I am stuck during the tutorial process. When prodigal is launched on the random.fna, nothing happened but:
Request: Single Genome, Phase: Training Reading in the sequence(s) to train...
Even waiting for ~ 30min, I have no results. Nevertheless, when running prodigal from terminal on random.fna, result comes back instantly.
Any idea?
