See 2b9b299 . All data sources are documented. They now need to be integrated (cited) in the manuscript.
@larsvilhuber Do you need me to do the citations?
I think I did them all. Do you see any missing? We don't actually describe all data sources in the text (e.g., CBP), but when we do mention them, they are cited, I think. I've added them all to the README.
