Clarify BEA source file #26

In https://github.com/larsvilhuber/MobZ/blob/3c3446d7152634213378c5c431f5ab430d55526b/programs/05_qcew/00.bea_readin.do#L6

a file called "bea_table30.csv" is read in. I believe the file listed in https://github.com/larsvilhuber/MobZ/blob/lars/programs/05_qcew/README.md is the right one. However, the read-in has changed slightly (Stata doesn't like the footnotes).

Please verify that the output is the same file we need.
