Sub-point: get code to run outside firewall #9

Code is currently a mix of Andrew-Stata and Mark-SAS, both of which was run behind the FW. Lars will apply his AEA criteria.

I'm moving this to pre-submission. There are a few things in the code that prevent it fundamentally from running in a clean environment, that suggests there was danger of using old (previous run) files.

Code was fixed in #13 #14 and compared in #32. I think this can now be closed @andrewfoote
