Most important changes:

the dataset and the dynamic columns are stored now together inside this._dataset
the type system from #2 is largely refactored
sorting is now allowed by dynamic columns => closes #7
added nyc for test coverage
added more tests

Closes #12. The GitBook documentation must be updated.
