ERROR: CSV parse error on line 90 #31

I am getting error while doing CSV diff. The output does not show the actual issue. Can you help me in narrowing down the issue. I am getting this for only one set of files.

csvdiff version 0.3.1.

I found the issue. The line number is of the CSV. I was thinking of it as if it was for csvdiff code.
