新增对php5.5的支持，在php-5.5.18 下 make test通过测试

已经合并, 虽然有一些地方其实可以通过宏来适配, 不过我觉得问题不大.

后续PHP7会开辟一个新的分支来做 , 对PHP5的支持, 就这样吧 :)
