I met the same situation too, windows 64 bit, use in php cli. (with yac.enable_cli=1 in php.ini & ini_set('yac.enable_cli', 1) in php code, php-5.6.10-nts-Win32-VC11-x64) the weird is it will be fine after retry few times. temp folder file Yac.MemoryBase@username content has the address such as 0000000003150000.
