Design and implement a new folder structure for the sources.

Idea:

Application (For all active objects which create a FreeRTOS task)
Custom / Algorithms(math, matrix, buffer, vector, ascii, ...), Core(System / Board FreeRTOS configuration), Drivers(interface and device drivers), Navigation(AHRS, INS, VARIO classes)
Middlewares (All generic libaries and included sources which are mainly untouched)

Rename usart3_driver.cpp , usart4_driver.cpp files as these are not generic usart but a bit more complex GNSS specific drivers.

a top-level directory for configuration and documentation files.

New proposal:

Application (For all active objects which create a FreeRTOS task)
Custom/Algorithms, Custom/Core(System / Board FreeRTOS configuration), Custom/Drivers(interface and device drivers),
Navigation (Vario Magic)
Middlewares (All generic libaries and included sources which are mainly untouched, Tracelyzer, XSense, FATFS,... )

Root level directories:

documentation ( sw design, Markdown manuals, ...)
configuration (GNSS config files, sensor_config.txt,
sw_stm32 (STCubeIDE project, including sw_sensor_algorithms lib, git version scripts)
sw_esp32 (arduino .ino project)
