This looks like a problem where the .flair class is resulting in an inline display, so the text-indent isn't working. Some other stylesheet is setting it to inline-block on reddit, but we're not getting that style for some reason. Would there be a problem with setting all our flair divs to display: inline-block @rickhanlonii ?
