As those are listed in devDependencies, developers should not be forced to install them globally.

Coverage remained the same at 70.512% when pulling c0e7c61637e5c663eec878f5c65b5ffc09483294 on Nimblr:localMochaEslint into fededfbfb17ed90756be663cc39d7dc54d597434 on larvit:master.

This is a good call and I'll merge it. However, I will probably very soon remove pre-git since it have made trouble with me a lot in other projects.
