Ok perfect, point us to that virus (line numbers within Blender Source Tools code). Also, what does this virus it do?

The website seems to be having some issues but it doesn't mean that it's a virus. The latest Plumber beta version on the releases page doesn't have any external requirements anymore so you could try that as well.
