User Story

As a teaching-coordinator I want to create a new event So that it can be then announced and shared

Scope

It must be a website
Access restricted to owners
Data must be specified

Acceptance criteria

[ ] A teaching coordinator must be able to create a new event by filling a form
[ ] It must contain all the mandatory data (#8)
