Given that the author of the repository hasn't committed anything for almost a year and hasn't responded to any issues for the last year, I think we can safely assume that this is abandoned. Which is a shame because this project could have been much more. Like a dark theme variant could be added.

last major upgrade took a year long after the draft design, but finished in one month. so i guess the author may be preparing the next one currently, and will publish them sooner. :)

If interested in the python version https://github.com/prmpsmart/qt-material-widgets, customizing the python version will obviously be easier than the cpp counterpart
