More label positions update #34

Allows setting alignment for text (value and label)
Modified parameter name, align -> loc

@nmiranda , could you do something more like this? And eliminate whatever git noise there is? (e.g., don't change formatting of README unnecessarily etc.

Closing this for now. I don't have time to consider additional complications to the plot function, and the rest of the package is quite stable. Hopefully people can reference this PR if they want to implement similar functionality.
