Describe program components and their features

The program should have a:

1. Text editor with markdown support
2. Git and github frontend
3. Project management tools

Text editor features:

• Line numbering and current line highlighting
• Markdown syntax highlighting including syntax provided by pandoc filters, i. e. citeproc and cross-ref
• Support for syntax provided by manubot cite, i. e. @doi:identefier. An ability to collapse such citations to simple tags as @doi:# and color them. Similar collapse for other things such as image links, cross citations etc.
• The ability to preview citations by hovering over the citation tags with the mouse.
• The ability to preview inserted images by hovering over image links
• Syntax checking
• Markdown preview

Git and GitHub frontend features:

• Automatic creation of a repository with an appropriate file structure (based on the project type)
• Managing git/github w/o terminal
• Tooltips with command descriptions for new users
• Access to GitHub w/o the need to use web interface and w/o displaying features, not necessary for scholarly writing
• Cloning and setting up repository by link. Easy access to link that can be shared to others

Project management tools:

• A number of templates for projects of different types: notes, articles, books etc.
• Default pandoc/github settings to create project with minimal configuration
• Keeping track of projects over time (projects catalog)
• Viewing projects catalog, sorting by time, project type, tags
• Previewing project
