Determine where to host the documentation

We need to figure out where to host the documentation that we build here. Since we are using a private repo, our options are a bit limited / there may be some barriers to overcome.

Some options that come to mind:

• A paid version of ReadTheDocs
• Github pages
• Don't host the docs (i.e. markdown files within this repo)
• Some sort of internal server within LASP?

Now that we have made this repo public, we can utilize the free version of ReadTheDocs to host the documentation!
