Full mission reprocess #46

Once the full mission reprocess l1a files are available, we need to run the new BU pipeline on all of those files to generate appropriate l1c files. This should happen before end of June, 2023. After this, all subsequent echelle PDS deliveries will use the new BU echelle pipeline, or an improved version developed at CU.

The reprocessed l1a files became available sometime around November 2023--January 2024 if I remember correctly (but I cannot find the email about it for love or money). This process is underway now with the newer BU echelle pipeline (HST calibration), estimated to take ~18 hours. Work is also underway to finish adaptation in Python. A timeline will be worked up this week per Nick's direction.
