We need a 2.3 build of incubator since the table in GWT 2.3 still does not support fixed headers and column resizing #385

The title says it all ... do not depend this project just yet.
we need an officiall GWT-incubator build that still works with GWT 2.3 since 
not all functionality has been migrated to GWT cell widgets.

Doesn't seem like I can build it on my machine with 2.3... not without some 
major changes to the ant build.
