I use Ubuntu 18.10. A newbie to Linux. A guy suggested me this for "notch panel" feature. It's a great idea. I wanted to try. Keep it. And update it regularly if possible. Which is possible and made easy if this theme has a "PPA" link like many other themes available out there.

PPA has no future. Canonical mentioned this. Snap is the future canonical support. https://forum.snapcraft.io https://snapcraft.io/

But it will be great ease if there would be a way to install the Plano theme using snap install plano-theme command.
