flathub theme #58

Thanks for wonderful theme, that I and many are using for years. As you know due to rise of flatpak and move to flathub applications, themes are not consistent across native and flatpak applications.

Is it possible for you to publish "plano-theme" to flathub for use in flatpak environment?

To use the theme in Flatpak applications you'll have to copy the theme(s) from /usr/share/themes to ~/.themes (Symbolic links won't work.)

As long as the version of the included GTK3 for the Flatpak app is at 3.24.x the theme should be used. Some apps may require you to change the theme in the app's settings.

Seems to work fine for me. (At least for inkscape.) It's just a manual step required.
