height to 2em and more background tranparency for blyr extension #131

Blyr's blur height is more than panel height. The windows can't attach top pannel. Before: imagen After: imagen I add more traspareny for make this more pretty with blyr ^^

I have no desire to increase the vertical space because of one extension. It's up to the extension developer to take 3rd party themes into consideration.
