Hey there! We (from the Open Source Imaging community are writing a paper about open source soft- & hardware in the MRI field. We would love to include SlicerElastix, because we think it's a relevant tool, however, at the moment it's not open source due to a missing license. Without a license, you got "all rights reserved" for the content in the repository and so could technically sue anyone who e.g. redistributes it without your consent.
I suggest Apache v2.0 as this is the license SimpleElastix is using. 3D Slicer is using a BSD-like license… after all it's just important to use a permissive open source license, if you want to keep it compatible to those projects :)
