How can I convert stl to nii, and has the same shape with original image? #62

Dear Lassoan: I want to do the medical image segmentation, and I need to transfer .stl to .nii. I refer to the link (https://discourse.slicer.org/t/converting-stl-files-to-binary-label-maps-in-nii-format-using-python/13038), but still, the .nii file was generated but no label in it, it only has the background, may I get your help? This is the issue tracker of 3D Slicer's TotalSegmentator extension. The question of converting STL files to binary labelmaps is not related to this extension. Please read the relevant section in 3D Slicer documentation and if you still have questions then post on the Slicer Forum.
