Turns out the maximum scrobble time is 4 mins, not 5 mins - oops #29

Says so clearly on https://www.last.fm/api/scrobbling#when-is-a-scrobble-a-scrobble as well

I misremembered it as 5 :>

Modified the plugins to use 4 minutes as the maximum time.
