Legal would like us to add the text

“By installing this software, you agree to the terms of use” with a hyperlink to: https://www.last.fm/legal/terms

(No need for a checkbox - just the text and link)

Done. And pushed (in the form of a license agreement, which has an accept radio button)

It's an RTF file, so you can go nuts with it! ;) Well. Ish. I tried adding it as a link, and the installer didn't play nicely.
