Describe the suggestion Fort zancudo is home to the US Army, Marines and Air Force. These assets could be used to put down harden criminals and Momo.

Additional context Could open up more RP

Maybe this would be necessary if there were more weapons besides a couple of black market pistols and the 1 assault rifle people can have. Vehicles dont have weapons either. Police have more options than civs with their hud assisted assault rifle toting helicopters. I could see it if civs had something like a tactical Toyota pickup...maybe an armored backhoe with a cannon on top, but pretty much any vehicle with any kind of armament is blacklisted. You really gonna send the military after someone who only has a race car and an AP Pistol? Your SWAT is good enough.
