Describe the bug
Not sure if you are aware or not but the prison is completely broken. I'm not just talking about unlocked doors and fences either. I'm talking about no prison timer actually existing, no way to unjail players, and your stuff doesnt even get seized when placed in jail. I was in prison for over an hour at least today, even did some prison jobs, but there was no sign of getting out anytime soon (And you wonder why I try to find ways to break out >__>) The script is completely dead...well except for letting everyone know you escaped, that part is still working LOL. Some essential npcs were moved for whatever reason. The prison guard your supposed to talk to so you can find out how much time is left is not even reachable, hes placed inside of a wall or something... The guy who sells food in the cafeteria was moved behind the food stands but you cant talk to him without walking through the 'staff only' door to reach the other side, which im pretty sure shouldnt be a thing if we are trying to be at least somewhat roleplayish? xD
To Reproduce
Break some laws, have some lengthy police pursuit with a fast car all over the map for an hour or more to the point where they need to get a helicopter to follow you and shoot you from the air. Run out of gas/break car, get caught/killed by police/jump off a bridge and suicide and get sent to prison. Then see how everything is broken.
