1.3.3 release tar does not have version file #509

When I build from the 1.3.3 release, lpass -v gives the version as LastPass CLI v1.3.3.GIT

The .GIT looked a bit unusual, and it looks like this string is being defaulted to because there is no version file in the tarball as LASTPASS-VERSION-GEN expects
