Stuck at `lpass login <user>`

Fresh install of ubuntu eoan today.

I've copied my homedir across (possibly relevant; there were lpass related files in there).

Curiously, lpass worked for awhile, but after a few invocations got stuck. Even --sync=no wouldn't unstick it, so I tried logging out and back in again.

Unfortunately lpass login <email> also hangs indefinitely.

I've tried installing from system packages and also building from source.

  $ lpass --version
LastPass CLI v1.3.3.15.g8767b5e
  $ lpass login daniel@heath.cc

Any ideas where I should be looking? Have already tried export LPASS_HOME="${HOME}/.local/share/lpass" and after that didn't work tried:

rm -rf $HOME/.local/share/lpass/ $HOME/.config/lpass/
