Allow "Advanced settings" to be controlled via lpass #596

When adding or editing a note item, I'd like to be able to set the Require Master Password Reprompt checkbox.

+1 in my environment there are thousands of secrets and editing them manually in the lastpass UI is not an acceptable option.

I do note that the functionality appears to have been added in https://github.com/lastpass/lastpass-cli/commit/f96885f6ad901844579ff73f9e2d2098a6f88443 but it doesn't work as advertised (the settings do not actually persist)
