[NEW] IR LED for video recording #317

We should change the LED on the PCB to be an infrared LED to avoid disturbing the birds when video recording occurs during the nighttime (e.g. when using a camera that can record with infrared light).

Doesn’t make sense because the IR LEDs emit at 940nm and won’t be seen by the human eye, which defeats the purpose. See Issue #318
