[Video] Not logging anything

Describe the bug There are no logs referring to Video info/errors, even after cron restarted the module and screen is running. Videos are getting recorded and everything works except the logging. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Randomly started to happen

Expected behavior Logs should include informative lines of the Video module

Raspberry Pi information (please complete the following information):

• OS: [64bit]
• Module version [4B]
• Python Version [3.7.3]

Killing all screens and running Main.sh again fixed the issue

Video has been logging info after running cron successfully.

[lastralab]

Reopened to fix errors being logged every night at 00:00:05 because cron is starting the monitor screen before the video
