[Task] Update 3D design #406

We need to update the 3D printer design for the nest container caps (with camera and LED holes) in this repository.

Also upgrade the camholder to have holes to avoid high temperatures.

Running 2 tests here, file 3D/ir_camera_holder_with_holes.stl and file 3D/ir_camera_holder_elevated.stl
