Nicehash extra nonce features being absent cause long breaks in mining #9

Hi, Using sph-sgminer_x11mod on nicehash works partially, when nicehash would normally request the extranonce change, the miner sits until it receives work again, any way you could work with mrbrdo and get the necessary changes in so that nicehash plays nice. I know that sgminer5 uses the same kernel but I would like for people to have the option to use this miner with nicehash in our distribution.

I get such issue reported regularly on irc and i myself deal with it. Including the NH tweaks would be greatly beneficial!
