[x] FRONTEND_BASE_URL should be mandatory even though it defaults to https://localhost:9443 in development mode
[x] SHORT_LINK_SCHEME isn't taken into account by the configurer script
[x] SHORT_LINK_SCHEME stands instead of SHORT_LINK_DOMAIN for property relinkr.short-link.domain
[x] Be consistent with environment names in README
