Changed from SOAP to REST #3

Hi Laszlo,

the changes are quite extensive, here's a little list of what I have tried to do:

Change from SOAP to REST
Remove the wsdl and generation
Add a simple generic REST client class, and add some wrapping to implement REST primitives
Add model classes to allow Jackson JSON mapping
Adapt the main class to use the REST versions
Add a new Results Recorder action
REMOVE Fixed versions functionality, which I don't understand yet, perhaps you can give me some clues what it does, and I will implement that as well
