Consider sending a welcome email when registering on checkout success guest #301

When a guest customer completes an order and decides to register on the checkout success page, I think a welcome email should be sent to him, like when a customer creates an account from the "normal" create account page.

Good point; it'll wait until the next non-bugfix release.
