Stock-based labels don't display without dependent-attributes #19

If dependent-attributes processing is disabled, the in- and out-of-stock labels aren't displayed for the POSM selections.

As an alternative solution, the dependent-attributes processing now detects whether there's a single managed option and, if so, allows that option's default value to be set.

This will be included in v1.5.2.
